I temi dell’obbligo e della facoltà di segnalazione di questioni relative ai minori in carico ai Consultori Familiari, con riferimento particolare alle figure dello psicologo unitamente a quella dell’assistente sociale, viene affrontato partendo dalla definizione dei contenuti base e della loro collocazione nel quadro normativo nazionale. Si definiscono i soggetti su cui grava l’obbligo o la facoltà di segnalare, l’Autorità cui indirizzare la segnalazione e il contenuto della stessa. Inoltre, l’indicazione della consolidata giurisprudenza di legittimità sul punto vuole essere lo strumento utile a consentire l’aggiornamento costante delle tematiche trattate, le quali rappresentano questioni caratterizzate proprio dalla complessità della realtà in cui gli illeciti vengono compiuti. Handbook for social workers, psychologists and healthcare workers into the family counseling context The subjects of reporting requirements about issues linked to family counseling services for minors, with particular reference to the figure of the psychologist and the social worker, is here approached by the definition of the basic contents and their position within the national legislative framework. Here are defined the subjects who bear the duty or power to report, the jurisdiction to which the reports must be addressed and the content of the report. The indication of the well-established case-law of the Supreme Court on this subject wants to be the instrument to allow these topics to be constantly updated |
